Nicole Judd & Colton Luedke Attend E2 Leadership Conference

Troy High School juniors Nicole Judd and Colton Luedke on October 1st represented their school at the e2 Leadership Conference, a gathering aimed at empowering young leaders through workshops, networking opportunities, and skill-building activities. This year’s conference, held in a dynamic environment filled with innovative ideas and ways to engage others in the community, proved to be an invaluable experience for both students.

The e2 Leadership Conference is known for its focus on developing the leadership potential of high school students. Participants attend 4 days of conferences and engage in various sessions designed to enhance skills in areas such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. For Nicole and Colton, attending this conference was not just an opportunity to learn but also a chance to connect with like-minded peers from across the region.

Both students expressed excitement about the workshops they attended, which covered topics ranging from effective leadership styles to the importance of community service. Nicole noted, “The sessions were incredibly engaging. I learned so much about how to be a more effective leader, and I’m excited to bring those skills back to our school.”

Colton added, “Networking with other students and hearing their ideas was inspiring, I look forward to return to the second day. It really opened my eyes to the possibilities of what we can achieve together.”
