Troy High and Middle School held its fourth quarter awards assembly on Wednesday, May 21. Awards given included Kindness Pays (recognizing students who display good character traits), Student of the Quarter, Teacher of the Quarter, and attendance awards. The seniors and the 8th graders were not present as they had graduated and been promoted earlier in the school year.

Congratulations to Emerson Weber for placing 2nd in Javelin at Regional Track, which qualified her for State Track in Wichita on May 30-31! Emerson will compete at Wichita State University at 8 am on Friday, May 30th.
Emerson and the Track Coaches, Ms. Rodgers and Mrs. Blevins will leave at 10 AM on Thursday. The community is welcome to come out and show their support of Emerson on Thursday. They will leave the HS at 10 AM and proceed to Main Street for a quick send off! Bring your signs, pom poms, and your Trojan Spirit and cheer on Emerson at 10 AM on Thursday, May 29th!
