Launch the media gallery 1 player - media #2The Lady Trojans are headed to the Class 1A-D1 state tournament after a 43-31 victory over Mankato-Rock Hills in the sub-state championship played at Centralia on Friday, March 7.
The Lady Trojans (21-1) will be a No. 3 seed at state and will take on the No. 6 seed, Claflin-Central Plains in the quarterfinals on Wednesday, March 12 at 4:00 p.m. at Dodge City-United Wireless Arena, 4100 W. Comanche Street, Dodge City, KS.

USD 429 Troy Schools will be closed on Wed., March 12 and Thursday, March 13 so fans can make the commute to Dodge City. Friday, March 14th was already a No School Day on the calendar. USD 429 will resume school on Monday, March 17th.
Celebration send off information will follow once details are finalized. The team plans to depart Troy on Tuesday, March 11 at noon. More details to come.
