COVID-19 OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES
(We are checking temperatures as you enter the building)
STAFF – All staff will have temperature checked as they enter the building
Visitors – All visitors will need to report to the front doors of the high school. Use the Main HS door near the big blue Trojan sign. Temperatures will be checked before visitors are allowed in the building. If you are only dropping off or picking up items, we will do that at the front door.
Students – To help keep the entering process students will enter the building in different locations according to grade:
Breakfast (regardless of grade) – come in the cafeteria door
(where you go for the concession stand during football games)
Seventh Grade – Can enter the middle school starting at 7:45.
Use the South middle school door. This is near your lockers.
Eight Grade – Can enter the middle school starting at 7:45.
Use the North middle school door. (This is by your lockers)
Freshman – Use the North door into the gym
Sophomores – Use the East gym doors
Juniors – Use the West gym doors (by the cafeteria)
Seniors – Use the West gym doors (by the cafeteria)
BUS RIDERS – Please use your designated door.
Once you have entered the building we ask that you use some hand sanitizer or wash your hands.
Students will be required to wait in the gym until 7:45 unless they are eating breakfast.
AT 7:55 any student not in the building will need to come to the front HS door for entry. You will not be tardy until 8:00, but doors will begin locking at 7:55.
We understand that this is going to be confusing in the beginning. We will work with kids as we learn new traffic patterns and new schedules.
