CIVIL RIGHTS COMPREHENSIVE NOTIFICATION

It is the intent of Unified School District No. 429 to comply with both the letter and spirit of the law in being certain discrimination does not exist in policies, regulations, or operational practices.  Grievance procedures have been established for Title IV, Title IX, and Section 504 (Americans with Disabilities Act).  Specific complaints of alleged discrimination in any of the above areas should be submitted to:  Sue King, Superintendent of Schools, P.O.
