TMS Football - Week 1
The Troy Trojans Middle School Football team traveled to Frankfort on Thursday, September 1st to face the Wildcats in a rematch from last year’s league championship.
The Wildcats came out firing, scoring quickly on their first possession. However, the Trojans rebounded, and controlled the game from there.
#2 Kaston Jasper (QB) threw multiple touchdowns, and #52 Konner Wolf (OL) had several key blocks. #55 Bransen Elrod played admirably during his first action at center, a tough spot with a nose tackle on him much of the game.
Final score: Trojans – 58, Wildcats – 32
The Trojans start the season 1-0. They will host the Onaga Buffaloes next Thursday (9/8).
