THS Homecoming

The Troy High School Homecoming week is based on the theme “Deflate the Patriots,” referencing the Christian Preparatory Patriots from Lenexa, KS, the team the Trojans will be hosting on Friday night.

The candidates are Skylee Myers, Brynna Pierce, Lizzie Schultz, Amanda Stock, Gus Collins, Reid Jasper, Marcus Martinez, and Brayden Wiedmer. The crowning will be at 6:30 p.m., before the Friday night game, September 21, against Christ Prep.

Spirit Days at Troy High School will include: Meme Monday, Teacher Tuesday, Decade Wednesday, Beach Thursday, and Blue & White Friday. Other activities include a bonfire Monday night (8:45pm) at the 4H, the annual Powder Puff football game Wednesday at 6:00pm at the high school field with white washing activities after, and Movie Night Thursday night for students in grades 9-12 at the football field (Friday Night Lights will be showing, and the Booster Club will be serving hot dogs, popcorn, and water). To end the Spirit Week activities, the pep rally will begin at 2:45pm Friday. The rally will feature a candidates’ activity, cheers, and the pep band, all following a parade to Main Street from the school.  The public is encouraged to attend.
